Some Backupery applications may display the following warning dialog when are started on Mac:
You see this warning since we’re currently in process of getting identification from Apple. When we got the identification, the warning won’t bother you anymore.
To start the application you’ll need to:
- Locate the application in the Finder (it is usually in your Applications folder)
- Control-click the app icon, then choose Open from the shortcut menu:
- Click Open.
Mac automatically adds the app as exception to your security settings, so you can open the app in the future by double-clicking as usual.

We’ve discovered a couple of problems in a Mac version of the app recently so we decided to remove it temporarily from the download page. I don’t have any estimations when it may be fixed, I’m afraid. Any chance to try the Windows app using Wine?
