I”m getting an error when testing via trial. The error says Could not find a part of the path. At the end, it says _Not available in the free trial.
Hi Nick,
thank you for trying our app and I’m sorry for the issue! May I ask you what version of the app you are trying?
I’m asking because it lools like the problem was already fixed in the newest version of the app, so just wanted to double-check.
Question on pricing. I am running a test with the trial. Although authentication took 3-4 tries to get it working.
“Member” data consists of anyone who posted in a channel? So if I only need to backup, say, 6 channels… ..but there are 300 people in each channel, then I would need to purchase an unlimited license? Is that accurate?
Hi Dan,
Thank you for your question! If you need to back up channels related only to you, a license for one member is enough (even if some channels where you participate contain 300 people).
In contrast, if there are 300 people in your workspace and you need to back up conversations related to each of them, then you should obtain a Pro license (51-500 members tier).
So it really depends on your use-case. Would you be able to provide a bit more details on it so I could clarify it futher?
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, I’d be glad to help.
